Over the years, I’ve discovered how life-giving boundaries can be. They aren’t always easy, and I don’t get them perfect, but I’ve learned they make space for peace, rest, and connection.

This week’s theme is Guarding the Gift. Our hearts, time, and energy are gifts entrusted to us by God, and boundaries help us protect those gifts. It’s less about building walls and more about creating space for what matters most.

✦ This Week’s Tool: Guarding the Gift

Here’s how I’ll be working with this theme over the next few days:

  • Paying attention to what I treasure and want to protect
  • Noticing where I feel peace saying yes
  • Recognizing where a no may be needed
  • Asking God for wisdom as I carry those choices

Each daily Scripture this week will add another layer of insight. If you’d like, you can follow along with me in those reflections.

(Subscribers to my weekly emails will also receive the printable worksheet version of this tool. If you’d like to join them, you can sign up [here].)

✦ Looking Ahead

As I step into this week, I want to notice how peace guides my yes and my no. Boundaries, for me, aren’t about shutting people out—they’re about creating space to live more fully into what God has given.

✦ Share the Gift

If someone in your life could use a little encouragement, would you share this sign-up link with them? It’s the easiest way to invite them into receiving these weekly tools and reflections.
