The days after Christmas carry their own kind of quiet.

The decorations may still be up. The calendar may already be turning. But something lingers — not loudly, not urgently — just present.

Christ didn’t ask us to rush back into anything. He didn’t arrive to be managed or maintained. He came quietly… and He brought peace to a chaotic world.

This week isn’t about restarting. It’s about noticing what remains once the noise fades.

Love didn’t leave when the day passed. Peace didn’t expire with the celebration. Christ’s presence is still near, unhurried, steady, unchanged.

If the week feels slow, let it be slow. If it feels tender, let it be tender. If it feels ordinary, let it be ordinary.

Nothing needs to be added. Nothing needs to be proven.

We are still held.
