There was a time when just getting out of bed felt impossible.
Taking a shower felt huge.
Making it through the day without shutting down? That was everything.
I didn’t always see those moments as victories.
But looking back, I know now—they were.
Small Yeses Matter
This past week, I’ve been sharing daily inspirations around one simple idea:
Small yeses matter.
They add up.
They carry us forward.
Sometimes healing doesn’t look like a breakthrough.
It looks like brushing your teeth.
It looks like staying present when everything in you wants to check out.
It looks like choosing to eat something when you’d rather disappear.
Celebrate the Small Things
This week’s tool was all about honoring those kinds of moments.
Not just surviving them—but celebrating them.
That might mean lighting a candle, texting a friend, or saying a quiet “thank you” to God.
Sometimes I just say it out loud:
“I did that. I showed up. That counts.”
And it does.
I’d love to hear about it if you feel like sharing.
So I’m curious—
What did you say yes to this week?
What small victory can you celebrate today?
Something to carry with you.

Next week, we’re shifting into something a little different.
A simple, grounding practice you can come back to anytime anxiety shows up:
Taking time to breathe.
It’s not a repeat of The Pause.
It’s what happens in the middle of the swirl—when you just need one quiet moment to reset.
More soon.
