Sometimes it’s hard to recognize change when you’re still in the middle of something difficult. Notice the Signs of Spring is a simple reflection worksheet designed to help you slow down and notice the small signs that something new may already be beginning even when everything isn’t resolved.

Using Song of Solomon 2:11–12 as a starting point, the worksheet invites you to reflect on three areas:

New Life — What small signs of new life or change have you begun to notice recently?

Hidden Work — Where might God be quietly at work beneath the surface, even if you can’t yet see the full result?

Hope — What helps you remember that difficult seasons don’t last forever?

You don’t have to pretend the hard things are gone in order to notice what else may be true. Something can still hurt, feel uncertain, or remain unfinished while new life is beginning to appear. Sometimes it’s enough to stop for a moment and notice what may already be growing alongside what is still hard.
