Let’s Talk About What Matters

Sometimes you don’t need another answer or another thing to figure out on your own. Sometimes it helps to have someone listen, ask good questions, and look at what you’re navigating with you.

What Does “Talk With Me” Mean?

I call what I do mentoring because we’re not entering a counseling or therapy relationship. We’re having real conversations about what’s going on in your life and what matters to you.
I bring years of professional experience and plenty of lived experience to those conversations, but you’re the expert on your own life.

What to Expect

No matter what you need to talk about, my goal is the same: to show up with honesty and care, and offer practical tools that may help you grow.

A Safe Place for Hard Stories

You can talk about what matters without feeling pressured to share more than you’re ready to share. There’s no expectation that you have to explain everything or “tell it all, ever.” We’ll talk about what feels important to you.

Rooted in Faith

My faith is part of who I am, but there’s room for your questions and doubts too. We can talk honestly about God, faith, and the places where real life doesn’t always fit into easy answers.

Practical and Gentle Tools

I’ll often offer a tool, question, or exercise to help you look at something differently or take a next step. Nothing overwhelming—just something practical you can use between our conversations and come back to when you need it.
