Today’s verse is a simple declaration that can transform my day in an instant. When I consider the miracle of a new day, I am in awe of God’s power, love, and grace. Out of love, He made the sun rise one more time. Out of grace. I’m still here and part of His family. With His words, He created all that this new day brings. How can I not rejoice in the glory of creation?

Sometimes the cares of life cloud our eyes so we forget the basics of who God is. We can’t see the simple things that tell us He’s still on the throne. Today I am rejoicing simply because it’s a new day and I am Grateful for all He has done and continues to do in my life.
