The Lord IS my strength and my shield and I trust Him to uplift and protect me. He has brought me out of the darkness and protected my soul from evil that sought to destroy me and my family. He lifted me from despair and planted me on solid ground. When I cry out to Him, He hears me and helps me. (Not always the way I expect). He is faithful and His love for me never fails.
