Waiting in silence often feels impossible, especially when my soul is desperately searching for answers and relief. Yet, when I turn off my phone, close my eyes, and just sit in silence for 10 minutes, no music, no alerts pinging, no words spoken, just silence, I experience peace and comfort that is beyond description.

In the silence, I can hear God’s whisper and sense His presence, not always in an audible voice, but always a calm presence. Without distractions or conversation, He speaks into my soul and I am restored. In the silence, the worries of the day fade away. In the silence joy returns. In the silence, hope lifts me up.
In the silence, I remember I belong.

Challenge:

One day this week:
Turn off your phone.
Close your eyes.
Listen for 10 minutes.

Share the experience in the comments.
