Yesterday, the sermon focused on how being in God’s presence includes more than simply praising the Lord and honoring Him. In His presence we can hear God say, “Do I have your attention now?” Then He lifts us up or tells us to stand then instructs. Presence comes first, then instruction, then action.
Ezekiel was overwhelmed by God’s glory and fell on his face in reverence, but God lifted him up and told Him His plan. The Lord wants us to seek His presence continually for it is there that He works out His plans with us so we can fulfill the calling in our lives.
